Origins GinZing Refreshing Face Mask ($25)

GinZing™ Refreshing Face Mask gives dull, tired skin an extra boost with this icy cool, gel texture. Best for all skin types, coffee beans energize as cucumber refreshes and hoelen mushroom soothes. Skin’s get-up-and-glow is rapidly restored.

This was pretty awesome.  It has a gel consistency and is completely clear when you put it on.  I wish it had some color, so you could tell where you put it, but in reality faces aren’t that big and I should be able to figure it out.  It left my skin feeling really soft and smooth and tight.  I definitely felt like I needed moisturizer after, but it was, indeed, refreshing.

GLAMGLOW Supermud Clearing Treatment ($69)

This formula was clinically developed by GLAMGLOW® dermatological chemists to help fight all common skin concerns including breakouts, discoloration, black and white heads, razor bumps, and in-grown hair. Powerful, skin-clearing mud visibly draws out dirt and congestion while a proprietary six-acid blend dramatically brightens and softens skin. It works to magnetically draw out dirt and pores with Activated-X Charcoal, leaving skin smooth and healthy-looking.

I only got 2 uses out of this, so it’s hard to review and the application from the sample packet doesn’t look like it has the same effects as the pump.  Two uses also makes it impossible to review any skin clearing abilities.

This had a peppermint smell and a watery mud consistency.  It seemed to clean well enough, but it it didn’t foam at all from the sample.  I really don’t like peppermint taste or smell, so I’m over it.
