  • Wednesday 8/17 – 4.3 mile run – 1.5 @ 17:05 pace with the dog; 2.8 @ 10:58 pace with myself.  My first run in about a week and things HURT.
  • Thursday 8/18 – PT + Standing Abs
  • Saturday 8/20 – Standing Abs x3
  • Sunday 8/21 – 9 mile run @ 11:53 pace
