SUMMARY

  • Run 3x X — Yeah, I only ran twice.
    • Mileage = 12 miles
  • PT 2x X
  • Workout 2x 
  • Yoga 1x  X
  • Average 1350 calories/day X
    • 1765 calories — This was my highest average in months.  I definitely went off the rails a little bit.  19 days until the wedding…I think anxiety is getting to me.

WORKOUTS

  • Wednesday 9/7 – Bootcamp – Kicking myself for doing nothing for 2 days, but I finally made it back to boot camp class, so all is forgiven.
  • Thursday 9/8 – 5K @ 9:17 pace
  • Friday 9/9 – PT + Toned Arms
  • Saturday 9/10 – 9 miles @ 12:54 pace – In my defense, my phone did a full factory reset, erasing ALL my stuff, around 4.5 miles.

GOALS

3 weeks til the wedding.  Really making a push now, for lots of cardio and arm workouts, and…I swear to god…better eating.
