SUMMARY

  • Run 3x  with a 7 mile long run 
  • PT 4x
  • MARCH RESOLUTION: 50 Miles
    • 25 down, 25 to go!

WORKOUTS

  • Monday 3/13 – 4.3 mi @ 11:43 min/mi – On the treadmill, no less!
  • Tuesday 3/14 – PT
  • Wednesday 3/15 – 1.7 mi @ 11:10 min/mi – Also, some arm reps with 10 lb weights.       
  • Thursday 3/16 – 2 mi @ 10:37 min/mi – I was doing 90 second sprints throughout this and I got up to 7.5 mph!
  • Saturday 3/18 – PT + Kickboxing
  • Sunday 3/19 – PT – Another day I was supposed to do a long run, and another day I used the weather as an excuse…but really there’s still a LOT of snow on the sidewalks…I swear…

GOALS

  • MARCH RESOLUTIONS: Run 50 miles in the month
  • Run 3x  with a 7 mile long run
  • PT 4x
