SUMMARY

  • Run 3x  with a 7 mile long run 
    • I finally did my 7 miles!

  • MARCH RESOLUTION: 50 Miles
    • 42 down, 8 to go!

Yeah, all I did was run this week and I’m breaking in new trail shoes (Asics GT-2000), so I really should do some yoga and PT because… tv comedy reactions death quote GIF

  • Tuesday 3/21 – 3 mi @ 11:52 min/mi
  • Wednesday 3/22 – 2.4 mi @ 12:30 min/mi
  • Friday 3/24 – 7.1 mi @ 12:19 min/mi
  • Sunday 3/26 – 5.1 mi @ 12:14 min/mi

GOALS

  • MARCH RESOLUTIONS: Run 50 miles in the month
  • APRIL RESOLUTIONS: Go to bed by 9:30PM every night
    • Umm, I got my months mixed up and totally thought next month was my no spending month, so I’ve been stocking up.  Ooops
  • Run 3x
    • No long run goal this week.  In order to finish out the month with 50 miles, I’m really pushing my mileage these last 10 days, so I’ll do a light week starting in April.  Then an 8 mile run the following week.  Then…marathon training??? AHHH
