SUMMARY

  • Run 3x

  • APRIL RESOLUTION: Go to bed by 9:30pm on weeknights X
    • I did 2 out of 5.

WORKOUTS

  • Tuesday 4/11 – 2.75mi @ 12:11 min/mi – Oof, this was one of the worst runs in a loooooong time.
  • Wednesday 4/12 – 10 min elliptical + 1 mi @ 9:32 + Arm Workout – This was admittedly a short gym workout, but I feel like I did a lot.
  • Thursday 4/13 – 1.94 mi @ 15:27 min/mi – Goddamn I’m lazy this week…  that’s all I got to say
  • Friday 4/14 – PT
  • Sunday 4/16 – 8 mi @ 12:31 min/mi – I walked at least 2 miles of this.  I was not conditioned to go 8 miles already, but my training calls for 9 miles in just 3 weeks, so I gotta start somewhere.
