Sunday Runday 4/23

SUMMARY

  • Run 3x — barely
  • PT 4x X — but almost!  I did physical therapy 3 whole days this week haha
  • APRIL RESOLUTION: Go to bed by 9:30pm on weeknights X  — another almost!  3 out of 4 days!

WORKOUTS

  • Wednesday 4/19 – 3.1 mi @ 10:58 min/mi – This was one of my better treadmill runs.
  • Thursday 4/20 – 1 mi + Arm Workout + PT – I was trying the gym after work, but the allure of getting home early beat my resolve to work out, so I only stayed at the gym for 20 minutes.  At least I did PT when I got home.
  • Friday 4/21 – PT
  • Saturday 4/22 – PT 
  • Sunday 4/23 – 2 mi @ 17:02 min/mi – I was supposed to do a long run today, but I slept in and still had to walk the dog.  So, I decided to run with the dog and kill 2 birds with 1 stone, except the dog decided we were walking after 3/4 mile.  Oh well.

GOALS

  • APRIL RESOLUTIONS: Go to bed by 9:30PM every night
  • Marathon training starts this week!  Week 20 = 3 runs of 4, 3, and 6 miles
  • PT 4x
