  • Yoga – 60 minutes X
    • Umm, got some more work done on my tattoo that is on my inner biceps.  After 4 hours under the needle, my arm feels like jello.  There was no way I could downward dog after that.

WORKOUTS

  • Monday 5/8 – 20 min Yoga
  • Tuesday 5/9 – nothing
  • Wednesday 5/10 – PT + 3.2 mi @ 10:32 min/mi
  • Thursday 5/11 – 3.4 mi @ 11:31 min/mi – Ooof look at that pace difference from yesterday…
  • Friday 5/12 – nothing
  • Saturday 5/13 – 9 mi @ 12:24 min/mi – There were a LOT of 13 minute miles in there.  Yeaaaaa
  • Sunday 5/14 – nothing

GOALS

  • MAY RESOLUTIONS: Don’t buy anything for yourself (no clothes, makeup, etc.) – necessities only
  • Marathon training:  This week will be a little challenging to get in all my mileage with a healing tattoo, so I expect to only get in 2 of these runs.
