SUMMARY

  • JUNE RESOLUTIONS: Go to sleep by 9pm on weeknights X
    • 1 night out of 5 — this one’s shaping up to be even worse than the “no drinking on work nights” goal
  • Yoga – 60 minutes

WORKOUTS

  • Monday 6/19 – Abs + Yoga + PT – starting off strong!
  • Tuesday 6/20 – nothing – I watched 4 episodes of The Fosters instead of doing anything.  I wonder how productive I’d be if I stopped watching TV, but that’s not a life I want to live. lol
  • Wednesday 6/21 – 4 miles @ 11:36 min/mi + Abs – I need to do more yoga…
  • Thursday 6/22 – PT 
  • Friday 6/23 – 3.3 miles @ 11:37 min/mi + PT
  • Saturday 6/24 – nothing, again…oops
  • Sunday 6/25 – 9 miles @ 12:27 min/mi + PT + Yoga – Not the best run.  I missed one turn, making me go slightly off route and then my whole route outline disappeared from MapMyRun, so I spent FOREVER bringing up my routes on the web version to follow along and make sure I was going the right way.  And to think, I was almost excited that I missed a turn, because usually I’m stopping and looking at my phone so often just to take a break that it would be impossible for me to go off route.  ALSO, I MOTHERFUCKING DID ALL MY PT AND YOGA THIS WEEK!  That’s first in IDK how long.

      • *I have dubbed these “Holy Shit” runs because those are the ones I look at and exclaim, “Holy shit!”  For some reason 16 miles doesn’t make me panic, but 18+ does.
