WORKOUTS

  • Monday 8/28 – nada
  • Tuesday 8/29 – Foam Roll – My calves are insanely tight. 
  • Wednesday 8/30 – still nothing – It’s so hard to get up at 5AM now that the sun isn’t coming up until 5:45…  I totally skipped a 5 mile run today.  I don’t know WHAT people are talking about when they complain about the taper. lol
  • Thursday 8/31 – 5 mi @ 11:10 min/mi – Nice pace, given how sore I am.
  • Friday 9/1 – nothing
  • Saturday 9/2 – 12 mi @ 11:33 min/mi – This run felt great, surprisingly so, given how stressed I was this weekend.  So, that’s exciting!
  • Sunday 9/3 – none
